New dates from September 1 – 3, 2009 take time pressure off autumn business +++

The dates for this autumn’s International Trade Fair for Promotional Products (IAW) have been moved up to September 1 – 3, making the IAW, the largest trade fair for promotional products and trend articles, the first trade fair event of the year geared towards the profi table autumn and Christmas business.

The organizers, the Nordwestdeutsche Messegesellschaft Bremen-Hannover mbH, Oldenburg, have taken the increasing time pressure anticipated for September off in this way. “Another trade fair which is attempting to compete with the IAW was scheduled for our original dates. We wanted to spare our customers this overlap,“ says IAWorganizer Ulrich Zimmermann. “The new dates aim to give dealers in the branch the opportunity to compare the two fairs and see for themselves which one offers the best price-performance ratio,” Zimmermann adds.

The IAW is the trade fair for professionals in the branch; on an expanse of more than 22,000 square meters, some 250 international exhibitors present product ideas from all trade sectors. A further advantage are the many additional services ranging from free food and drink to price reductions for railway tickets and hotel accommodations as well as free admission tickets and advertising services.

The IAW Trend Forum held at the fair every day provides visitors with new impulses for daily business, and another highlight is the presentation of the Trendseller IAW Product Award. This ‘Oscar’ of trade is awarded bi-annually to trend products which have the potential for becoming hot sellers. What many exhibitors and visitors like apart from the superb contacts they can make are the sophistication and reliability of this leading trade fair. The autumn trade fair in 2009 will mark the tenth event of the IAW, the largest and most important trade fair for promotional products and trend articles.
