The IAW Trade Show is Germany’s largest trade show for promotional goods. National and international exhibitors showcase their promotional goods and standard product lines, as well as bankruptcy inventory, clearance items, and special offers across all product categories at the IAW Trade Show in Cologne. The largest importers and manufacturers from Europe are represented at the IAW trade show. Place orders for your business and make new contacts at the exhibitor booths or at our free catering stations.

For exhibitors: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
For visitors: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Third day of the trade show until 3:00 p.m.

Travel & Accommodation

Visitors are not permitted to bring large suitcases, rolling bags, or backpacks into the exhibition halls. Please check these items at the coat check for a fee. This also applies to very large, obviously empty bags. Briefcases, handbags, and carry-on suitcases (approx. 55 x 40 x 20 cm) are permitted.

Pets are not permitted anywhere on the exhibition grounds.

Please note that smoking is not permitted by law in closed rooms and therefore also in the halls of the IAW trade fair! Covered smoking areas are available in the outdoor areas of the halls.

The Kölnmesse rules and regulations for the building and grounds apply.
