Discount
Early bird discount: 10% off the basic rent if you receive the binding registration forms by January 20, 2026.

Surcharges
Advertisement contribution €13.50/m².
Advance payment for technical services: €12.50/m².

The advance payment will be offset against the actual consumption per individual exhibit after the event, with a separate invoice for each exhibitor.

Co-exhibitor
A flat fee of €350 is charged for co-exhibitors. The co-exhibitor will receive all documents, such as exhibitor badges, parking tickets, guest passes, etc., separately and will be listed in the trade show catalog and on the Internet.
